Matar(peas) paneer (cottage cheese) bhurji, such recipe that is made with less ingredients. It can be cooked easily and quickly. My mother likes to cook it with homemade paneer. We can serve it as side dish and serve it with simple roti, paratha,

Ingredients
- 200 gram---Cottage Cheese(paneer)
- 100 gram---Peas (Matar) (half boiled)
- 1 large---Onion (finely chopped)
- 1---Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1---Green Chili (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves---Garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 1/2 tsp---Cumin Seeds (jeera)
- 1/2 tsp---Red Chili powder (lal mirch powder)
- 1/2 tsp---Turmeric powder (haldi powder)
- 2 tsp---Butter or Desi ghee
- According to taste---Salt
METHOD
- Heat 2 tsp butter in a pan, put cumin seeds when the cumin seeds crackling.
- Add garlic, cook it for a while.
- Add onion, cook it for 2 minutes when the onion gets light brown.
- Put green chili and tomato, when the tomato is cooked.
- Add peas, keep stirring it continuously.
- When the Matar is cooked, add mashed cheese.
- Mix it properly, put salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder.
- cook it for 1 minute.
- Switch off the flame.
- Put it into serving bowl.
- You can enjoy it with any Indian bread.
