Atta ladoo is made in winter season in mostly North Indian families, which are delicious and also provide energy to the body. In winter season member of my family like to eat atta ladoo with milk

INGREDIENTS:
- 250-gram Wheat Flour
- 200-gram Desi ghee
- 200-gram powder sugar
- 1/2 cup Mix dry fruits (almonds, cashew nuts) (chopped)
- 100-gram poppy seeds (khaskhas)
- 100-gram gond
METHOD:
- On low medium flame, heat desi ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
- Put gond in it, when the gond is fried, take out it from the pan.
- Crush the gond with the help of rolling pin, keep aside it.
- Fry chopped dry fruits in same pan, keep aside it
- Put wheat flour in same pan, roast the wheat flour on low flame.
- Keep stirring it occasionally.
- Roast the flour on low flame until it turns light brown.
- When flour turns light brown, add poppy seeds, fried dry fruits and crushed gond.
- Mix it properly, switch off the flame but keep stirring it continuously so that the flour does not burn from the bottom.
- When the roasted flour some cools down, add powder sugar in it, mix it properly.
- Now take this mixture little and make the shape of ladoo.
TIPS:
- you can also roast the flour dry (without ghee), after becoming light pink color add ghee and roast the flour till it turns brown.
- You can add melon seeds and 1 tsp grind flex seeds in it.
