Besan ladoo /gram flour ladoo is a quick to make sweet made with less ingredients which is prepared in the festival season at home because it is also easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup---Besan (gram flour)
- 3/4 cup---Boora ( powder sugar)
- 1/4 cup---Desi ghee
- 1 tsp---Water
- 1/2 tsp--Cardamom powder
- 4-5 ---Almonds (chopped)
METHOD
- On low flame, dry roast the besan ( gram flour) in heavy bottom pan.
- Keep stirring it constantly.
- It will take at least 12 to 15 minutes to roast the besan (gram flour)
- When the colour of besan starts to dark and the aroma of roasted gram flour starts coming then add ghee, keep stirring it constantly.
- Roast the gram flour till it becomes golden colour.
- When the colour of besan turns golden, sprinkle a spoonful of water in it and stir continuously.
- Ladoo becomes granular by sprinkling 1 tsp of water.
- Switch off the flame.
- Take out the gram flour in another pan.
- Add powder sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds when gram flour slightly cools.
- Mix it properly.
- Take a little mixture in hand and shape it into ladoo.
- Prepare the ladoos of all the mixture.
SECOND METHOD TO MAKE BESAN LADOO
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup---Besan (gram flour)
- 3/4 cup---Boora ( powder sugar)
- 1/4 cup---Desi ghee
- 1 tsp---Water
- 1/2 tsp--Cardamom powder
- 4-5 ---Almonds (chopped)
METHOD
- Heat desi ghee in a heavy bottom pan on low medium flame.
- When the desi ghee melts, put the besan (gramflour) in it
- On low flame, roast the gram flour .
- Keep stirring it constantly.
- It will take at least 12 to 15 minutes to roast the besan (gram flour). .
- Roast the gram flour till it becomes golden colour.
- When the colour of besan turns golden, sprinkle a spoonful of water in it and stir continuously.
- Ladoo becomes granular by sprinkling 1 tsp of water.

- Add powder sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds when gram flour slightly cools.
- Mix it properly.

TIPS
- Roast the gram flour properly. gram flour should not be burnt and the rawness of gram flour should also be gone.
- Roast the gram flour on low flame.
- Keep stirring the gram flour constantly.
- When the colour of gram flour turn dark and gram flour looked grainy when taken in hand that means gram flour has been roasted.
- Add powder sugar when the gram flour cools down.
- Almonds are optional in gram flour ladoo.
