Raw mango sweet sour launji made to make food tastier in summer . These launji become ready in very short time. Sweet sour launji is prepared with mango, ,jaggery and spices. I also put mango kernels in it while making mango launji. I have learned this method from my grandma, who used to put kernel to it while preparing mango launji.

INGREDIENTS:
- Raw mango 3(250 gram)
- Green chili 2 (chopped)
- Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1/2 tsp
- Fennel (saunf) 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black salt 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder (lal mirch powder) 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper (kali mirch) 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Jaggery (gud) 3/4 cup
METHOD:
- Wash and peel the raw mangoes.
- Grate the mangoes, keep the kernel aside
- Heat oil in a pan, put fenugreek seeds in it.
- When the fenugreek seeds crackle add fennel seeds and cumin seeds to it.
- Now add grated mango, kernel and chopped green chili to it.
- Put black salt, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper in it.
- Mix it properly, cook it for 2 minutes.
- put crushed jaggery and garam masala to it.
- Put 1 cup of water in it.
- Cook it until it becomes thick.
- Sweet sour mango launji is ready. to serve, you can enjoy it with simple phulka ,parantha, poorie
SECOND METHOD TO PREPARE AAM KI LAUNJI
INGREDIENTS:
- Raw mango 3(250 gram)
- Green chili 2 (chopped)
- Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1/2 tsp (crushed)
- Fennel powder (saunf powder) 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black salt 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder (lal mirch powder) 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper (kali mirch) 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Jaggery (gud) 3/4 cup
Method:

- cut the mangoes into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, put cumin seeds in it.
- When the cumin seeds crackle add crushed fenugreek to it.
- Now add pieces of mango, and chopped green chili to it.
- Put black salt ,salt ,red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper in it.
- Put 1 cup of water in it.
- Mix it properly, cook it for 2 minutes.
- put crushed jaggery, fennel powder and garam masala to it.
- Cook it until it becomes thick.
- Sweet sour mango launji is ready to serve, you can enjoy it with simple phulka ,parantha, poorie
