Amala ki khatti meethi sabzi / sweet sour recipe of Indian gooseberry |

Ingredients:
- 250 gram --- Amala/ Indian gooseberry ( should be stain free)
- 4 --- green chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp --- fenugreek seeds ( methi dana)
- 1/2 tsp --- cumin seeds ( jeera)
- 1/2 tsp --- fennel seeds ( crushed )
- 1 tsp --- red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
- 1/2 tsp --- turmeric powder ( haldi )
- 1 tsp --- coriander powder ( dhaniya powder)
- According to taste --- salt
- 100 gram --- jaggery ( crushed )
- 4 tsp --- mustard oil ( sarson ka tel )
Method:
Put amala pieces and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, dry coriander powder , crushed fennel seeds.
Amala ki khatti meethi sabzi is ready to serve.
Tips:
- Amala should be stain free.
- If you want to keep this sabzi for 4-5 days, then put a spoonful of vinegar in it when it cools down
